Through getting inspiration in class, we had to create an image that we found and turn that image into a poster by enhancing our automatic tracing tools in the program Adobe Illustrator.
Using inspiration from Irina Wernin, we were told to create a short morphX animation of ourself in two period of our life. By using a childhood image and a recent image of myself now, I created my video from a child to adult through animation on Photoshop.
Through Photoshop we were asked to place ourselves in an environment that we had never been in before. I have always wanted to go to Paris, so that's where I went in my photo. I was able to make it look like I had actually been there through the cropping tool and creating a shadow below me.
We were able to take 60-90 photos of any activity that we wanted to create a stop-and-go animation. The video had to be at least a 45 second minimum, using three photos per second to make the frame by frame transitions more smoothly. I decided to do an animation on making a pizza from scratch. I did way over the required number of photos but it was worth it because the finished animation looks really cool and it tasted good too!
